Heating Instructions:
1) Prepare your food packets either pour your food on a upper tray or put at the bottom of a heating bag
2) Put the heating element/heating pad at the bottom of the container or bag
2) Add water 600ml or one bottle of mineral water . DO NOT USE HOT WATER OR SEA WATER to avoid excessive heat
3) Close your container/seal the plastic bag.
4) Let it reheat for 10min
5) Open the lid. Food is ready to be served
